Cancellation of an order
Once your order is placed online, it is possible to cancel your order only within 30 minutes of placing your order by writing to: info@ateliervegetal.ca.
Delivery: no recipient or wrong address
If no one is present to accept the flowers at the specified location, the delivery person will use good judgment, among other things, depending on the weather conditions and leave it in a safe place. You can also tell us if we should / can leave it with a neighbor or in a designated safe area at the same address (rear balcony, apartment block entrance lobby, etc.).
If the delivery takes place, but the address provided by the customer is false, the company where the delivery was to take place was closed or the person present refused the product; the bouquet will be returned to the workshop and the customer must come and collect it the same day. In the event that a new delivery is requested by the customer, an additional charge of $ 10 + tx will be charged.
Delivery and deadlines
Deliveries take place every Friday between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Please note that during very busy periods, such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc., we do not guarantee any time and a longer delay may apply to make deliveries. Atelier Végétal cannot be held responsible for any additional delays caused by one or more events beyond our control such as traffic, a road accident, a snowstorm, etc ...
Private workshop policies
A deposit of 50% of the invoice is requested one week before the workshop. In the event of cancellation by the customer, the deposit is not refundable, but it is possible to give up his seat.
Satisaction policy, fresh flowers
Complaints concerning fresh flowers delivered or collected at the workshop must be made by email to info@ateliervegetal.ca with supporting photo within 24 hours of possession of the flowers. usual standards will be credited as a credit on a future purchase. Any damages and interest may in no case exceed the amount of the order.
Of course, the customer will be refunded if delivery has not taken place due to an error on our part.
Satisfaction policy, dried flowers
Complaints concerning the fresh flowers delivered must be made by email to info@ateliervegetal.ca with photo support within 12 hours of possession of the flowers. Any damages and interest may in no case exceed the amount of the order.
Of course, the customer will be refunded if delivery has not taken place due to an error on our part.
Satisaction policy, flowers-to-wear
Items in the Fleurs-à-porter collections are ephemeral and should be handled with the greatest care. You have 48 hours to inform us of any dissatisfaction (supporting photo) by email at info@ateliervegetal.ca. We are committed to replacing the product that does not meet your requirements with a product of equal value.
